I Shortened My Workout Today

Yep. I did. Shortened my workout but . . . actually got a terrific workout in a short period of time.

It’s icy outside so I went to the family room and put my treadmill at the highest elevation setting. Got on and walked briskly for about 5 minutes as a warmup.
